The Unified Patent Court and the unitary patent: « How businesses will benefit »

Businesses, of all sizes, are an invaluable source of economic growth and recovery. They will soon be able to benefit from the implementation of the unitary patent and the Unified Patent Court, which will create a single European market for technologies by providing standardized protection at a lower cost across all contracting Member States, as well as increased legal certainty.
The discussion will centre around the status of the new system and its benefits.
